What Our Customers Say

“Working with Rayon has been an outstanding experience from start to finish… Instead of telling us it couldn’t be done or that we’d need to replace the entire system, he spent hours researching the setup, walking us through different possibilities, and coming up with creative ways to better utilize the equipment we already had, ultimately saving us thousands of dollars… If you’re looking for a company that delivers exceptional results and truly stands behind its work, look no further. Five stars simply aren’t enough.”

“I’m incredibly pleased with the design and installation of my security camera system from Sovun Technologies. The quality of the work, the attention to detail with the installation and Rayon’s time to commission the system have far exceeded any expectations I might have had. I very highly recommend Sovun and certainly will be using them on my next project.”

“Sovun Technologies is probably the best independent technical resource I have ever used… Not only was Rayon with Sovun responsive to my questions, he made sure I knew what equipment I needed. He did a ‘craft worthy’ install of StarLink… he actually ran the cabling under my siding. My wife calls it ‘elegant’! And, importantly he cleaned up and tested everything before he departed. Highly recommended!”

“Rayon was fast, professional and a good communicator. He showed up ready to work and got the job done quickly. The finished product was clean and exactly what I wanted, I would highly recommend his services. His helper was also very polite and professional.”

“I had a great experience working with Sovun Technologies LLC. They were extremely kind, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The team was hardworking and efficient, getting everything done quickly without sacrificing quality. What really stood out was how clearly they explained every step of the process.”

“I was having issues with a Starlink installation. After a frustrating two weeks I contacted Sovun Technologies on the Friday before Labor Day. I received a response Saturday… Another response Sunday and Monday. This highlights Sovun’s attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in a job well done. I can’t recommend them enough!”

“Rayon saved me from hackers! I was in the midst of a hack when a colleague referred me to Sovun. Rayon called me right back, and walked me through what I needed to do, saving me possible devastation. He remained calm and so kind through the process… Now he helps me with ‘regular’ computer stuff and is wonderful. I highly recommend Rayon and Sovun Technologies!”

“Very knowledgeable in his trade and also helped out with connectivity issues not related to the Starlink install… Will absolutely call again if needed. Highly recommend.”
